How FlexPath Thinks About EB-5

At FlexPath Immigration Partners, we believe EB-5 investments should be evaluated first as investments, and only second as immigration vehicles.

That means every EB-5 regional center project we sponsor is underwritten the way an institutional investor would underwrite it: thorough diligence, durable collateral, and economic fundamentals that hold up on their own merits. A project that does not work as an investment cannot reliably deliver a green card either. The two outcomes are the same problem.

EB-5 investments are not guaranteed. Risks may include:

  • Immigration risk (petition delays or denials)
  • Project execution risk
  • Market and economic risk
  • Liquidity risk (capital may be locked up for years)
